HyperCore 24/7: reading

One HOOD5 share is a claim on 5 holdings sitting in a contract on Robinhood Chain that has no owner, no pause and no upgrade path. Anyone can create a share by depositing the recipe, and any share can be redeemed for it. The holdings are Robinhood's own testnet stock tokens, the same contracts its faucet hands out.

Robinhood's stock tokens can only be minted by Robinhood. The house sends a small slice of its own: enough for a quarter share of HOOD5, a few USDG for a dollar order, and a drip of gas if the wallet is empty.

Or bring your own: Robinhood's faucet gives 5 of each stock token a day, and this page binds them below.

Bring your faucet stocks

Robinhood's testnet faucet gives anyone 5 TSLA, AMZN, AMD, PLTR and NFLX a day. Those are the exact tokens these baskets hold, so whatever is already in your wallet can be bound into shares here, in kind, with no swap and no price.

Connect a wallet above to read what it holds of Robinhood's tokens.

The recipe

Written once, in the constructor, with no setter. The recipe is in raw token units, so a split or a dividend that a token applies through its multiplier accrues to every share without anyone touching the vault.

Robinhood Stock Tokens implement ERC-8056 Scaled UI Amount. The multiplier above is read live from each token's uiMultiplier(); units shown are what a holder sees after it.

Is it actually backed?

Held is the vault's balance of each token right now, from vaultBalances(). Owed is the recipe times totalSupply(). Deposits round up and redemptions round down, so held can never fall below owed.

Two reads against the public RPC, no key:

cast call 0x6536F45D0305bb3aE0E7A012534876e3b915A959 "totalSupply()(uint256)" --rpc-url https://rpc.testnet.chain.robinhood.com

For every component, vaultBalances[i] must be at least unitsPerShare[i] × totalSupply ÷ 10^18. The recipe is in components().

The desk's book

Dollar orders on Robinhood Chain testnet, newest first, read from getOrder(). A buyer escrows USDG; any participant who delivers the components in kind collects it, and the shares are minted straight to the buyer. The house filler is one such participant, and only while it holds enough of Robinhood's tokens.

Priced around the clock

The stock exchanges close; HyperCore's stock perpetuals do not. This prices the same recipe from trade.xyz's oracle on Hyperliquid testnet, read through HyperEVM's oraclePx precompile with a plain eth_call, no gas and no key. It is a reading, not a deployment: nothing of Sheaf runs on Hyperliquid yet.
